60 Hour Pre-License Real Estate Course
This course is designed for individuals wanting to obtain a real estate license.
18 Hour Post-License Course
This course is designed for new licensed Salespersons. All new licensees who are licensed on or after January 1, 2018, will have 6 months to complete post-licensure education.
Continuing Education & Safety Classes
The AREC mandates that all licensed Salespersons and Brokers must complete 7 hours of CE to renew for 2019. These will include a 1-hour Safety course and a 3-hour Mandatory 2018 Real Estate Contracts course.
