The Pre-license Salesperson Course is a 60 hour course which must be completed within 6 months of purchasing the course. This course is required in order to sit for the Arkansas Real Estate Exam and obtain an Arkansas Real Estate License. Following the completion of this course we will notify you that you may now pick up a packet. The packet will include an application form and a finger print card that must be completed and mailed to the Arkansas Real Estate Commission. If you do not live in Jonesboro, AR we can mail the packet to your home address. Once the Arkansas Real Estate Commission has received and completed the review of your application and background check, they will mail you a form allowing you to schedule a time to take the Arkansas Real Estate License Exam. The Post-License Salesperson Course is a 18 hour course that must be taken with 6 months of receiving an Arkansas Real Estate License. The course instruction includes sections over the following topics; Real Estate Agency, Contracts to Closing, and Arkansas Real Estate Contracts & Forms.
