How do I get a real estate license?

 You must be 18 years or older.   Enroll in and complete the required 60-hour Pre-License course then take and pass the Real Estate Agent exam.  Apply for a license at the Arkansas Real Estate Commission

How much does a real estate license cost?

After you pay for the course.  The Arkansas Real Estate Commission charges a $50.00 application fee.  There is also State background check for $22.00, a federal background check for $19.25 and a $75.00 exam fee to Pearson Vue.  Upon completion of the exam, The salesperson license fee is $50.00 and a one time Recovery Fund fee of $25.00.

What if I miss a class?

Arkansas Real Estate Commission has set required instructional time for all of our courses. If an emergency arises, we will work to help you find a time to make up the missed hours and content.
