The Arkansas Real Estate Commission mandates that all licensed salespersons must complete a 6 hour approved continuing education course and 1 hour safety course to maintain an active real estate license.

In 2017 the AREC mandated that all Executive Brokers and Principal Brokers take a required 3 hour broker CE course.
This 6 hour CE course is designed to meet the required 3 hour CE and give brokers the additional 3 hours to meet the six hour total CE requirements. It will also provide an additional one hour safety course required by the AREC for 2017. It was designed to review brokers of the best practices in managing the ever changing and expanding responsibility of agent supervision as the practice of real estate adjusts to keep up with an ever-evolving market.
This comprehensive 18 total hour course was developed as a practical "how to" course for Salespersons. The course is held over two days, and covers completion of the most common contracts and ends with the closing process.
New salespersons who are licensed on or after January 1, 2018, are required to complete a 18 Hour Post-License education within the six of issuance of the license. The Arkansas Real Estate Commission establishes the course content.

Our instructors have 50 years of combined experience as real estate brokers in Northeast Arkansas. The class will also host guest speakers from all areas of real estate. This 60 Pre-License Brokers Course is required by the AREC in order to have a Broker's License in addition to an Arkansas Real Estate Salesperson's License. Upon completion of this course you will be able to take your Broker's test.
